SMIT "CREATOR" is happy to announce that our TC Communic8 was approved! The Training will be held in Rabka-Zdrój, Poland from 10 to 17 September 2014, and will bring together 24 young leaders, organization leaders and project managers.

Training course called Communic8 have brought together to Rabka Zdrój between 10 – 17 September 2014, 24 experienced leaders, trainers, youth workers, project managers from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina Slovakia, Slovenia, Republic of Macedonia, Lithuania, Poland and Serbia. The main aim was to focus on very important subject as communication in different aspects of it and its importance in future employment and youth work. Starting from the simplest human communication and it´s varieties as verbal and nonverbal, computer mediated communication, through social and marketing communication up to cross-cultural, but also to point out to the participants how important communication is in order to disseminate and exploit the results of their projects. By using non-formal education methods we emphasized to our participants significance of dialogue on each level of their life, starting with their closet people, but also during job interviews and formal meetings, projects management and implementation as well as on intercultural European level. Participants were also involved in different activities through the methodology of non-formal education such as simulations, role-playing, open space discussions, brainstorming, ice-breakers and reflection groups. The procuration of such competences was helpful for young people to apply it in their everyday life, traveling- meeting representatives of other religions and countries, which is increasingly common in the old continent - when searching for a job, which is extraordinarily important during the incredibly high unemployment rate in Europe. The result of this Training Course was to create manual about all types of communication, which will be a useful handbook for all interested in the topic.

    Comminic8 training hosted in Rabka – Zdrój was a great opportunity for me to discuss with other young people intresting for me matters. The beautifull and friendly city was great place for meeting people from such diffetrent in cultural backghround countries as Bosnia, Albania, Slovakia or Slovenia. During this exchange we shared our knowledge and experience about communication and similar issues based on our multicultural and country mixed experience. Comminic8 provided for us helpfull enviroment for developing knowledge and ideas and I hope we all can use them in close future.

    Thanks to SMIT "CREATOR" I had the opportunity to participate in an amazing training course

    titled "Communic8" from 10-17th September in a small city in Poland, Rabka-Zdrój. The project was attended

    by participants from 8 countries, including Serbia, Albania, Macedonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Bosna

    and Herzegovina and of course Poland . The project was a great platform for the exchange of experience,

    not only in the field of the subject matter, but also a wide range of opinions between cultures. The main

    aim of the project was to focus on importance of communication in different aspects of it and its meaning

    in future employment and youth work, starting from business methods of communication and ending up

    with cross-cultural dialogues. By using non-formal methodology such as making collages, creating and

    editing videos of performing we emphasize the role of effective and understandable message addressing

    and receiving. Performed activities showed me what are the opportunities and threats of being regular user

    of social media tools. Additionally, we had a chance to gain knowledge about project management and

    project implementation, which is useful for future project possibilities. Trainers showed us the methods of

    attracting future employers by creating properly written and presented CV. Also, I possessed knowledge

    about using different types of social media for self-presentation in order to become more competitive in the

    labor market environment. At the end of the TC every participant was involved in creating a manual and I

    have to admit that I was impressed by the results of each group. Due to location of a training course we had

    the opportunity to implement professionally the methodology, quiet cooperation, and better integration.
